Yes, you; whoever randomly clicked on this link, or perhaps I sent this to you, hey and welcome.
My name is Motunrayo Onafowokan. I am currently 18 and desperately waiting to leave this age behind and begin a new chapter on September 4th. Yup, that's right, I was born on September 4th 1998, coincidentally the same day as the icon; Beyonce Knowles. I guess now you expect me to profess my undying love for her and her music and state my membership of the Beyhive. Well, sorry wrong girl. Quite frankly, I have no interest in such, I love her music don't get me wrong, I'm just not head over heels for her. Okay, I better stop myself before I go off on a tangent, lets get back to the point, that's if you're still reading of course.
During the course of the 18 years of my life, I have been to a total of nine different schools. I know you might think I'm exaggerating so I'm going to list them all out for you, here is goes - Bambi Creche, Bluebells, Grange, Corona Gbagada, Corona Victoria Island, Corona Ikoyi, Atlantic Hall, Day Waterman and Ashford School. Yes yes, you counted right, thats nine school's all before the age of 18. I'd unveil things in relation to these schools and my experiences somewhere along the course of this journey so stay posted. I know people normally tell you to subscribe at the end of the blog but let me skip all that and tell you click that button now. Let's ensure you do stay posted!
Now that all that is out of the way, lets get down to where I'm at now. I am the last of four children in a family of six. Both my parents are present ( We thank Lord Jesus), both who are also pastors, meaning I indefinitely have a lot to tell you all, so, once again, stay posted.
I am currently on a gap year which, wow has been the best but hardest decision of my life thus far.
I am a bit of a brainy kid, so I am going to study Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Warwick( Okay, I lied, I'm not inherently smart but I am what you call a living, breathing testimony).
Now, lets just get the 'cliche' stuff out of the way so you all know what you're getting into. Please don't say I didn't warn you.
So, I love Jesus, yup I do and well erm, I believe in the equality of men and women but not in the conventional way many do or should I say, not exactly within the lines of modern day feminism. I have many views on equality, all of which are centred around Jesus and some day I might just share them with you all. So, well, if you're not a Jesus junkie PLEASE UNSUBSCRIBE because you most certainly are not going to enjoy the tales of my youth.
And that Ladies and Gentlemen, is the end of my introduction. If you managed to get this far, I've got three things to say to you
1) CONGRATULATIONS! You made it!!
2)I am a story in the making
tuck in, we are about to go for one hell of a ride.....
